What time should I arrive?

The park will start receiving guests by 9:00 a.m.

When will the party end?

It is an All-Day fun! The party room is reserved from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. But your park pass is valid until the park closes (no re-entry). After 12:00 p.m., general seating can be used.

Where can I leave my things when the party room reservation time ends?

There are plenty of tables outside the party room available for guests to use for free. There are also lockers available for rent. Locker fee is not included with your park pass.

What do I need to play on the park attractions?

Guests are required to wear Urban Air Socks to play on park attractions. Please let us know how many kids and grown ups will be playing when you complete the RSVP form so we can prepare your socks before you arrive.

What if I don't want to play on any of the park attractions?

That’s ok. You can just sit back, relax, and watch the little ones run around with friends.

Is there an age requirement to play on park attractions?

Yes. Attractions do have age and height requirements to be eligible to play. Height requirements vary per attraction.

Data Privacy

We try to collect the minimum data necessary to determine the number of guests attending the party. Data collected on this website is for the sole purpose of Ezra’s birthday party. Urban Air (the venue) may collect additional information when you complete the park’s required waiver. All participants must have a waiver on file to play on attractions. The link for the park’s waiver will be sent via email after completing the RSVP form.
